The people in your child's room

Ludie started Pip with a few neighbors as a one-room nursery for farm families, and she still unlocks the door most mornings. She is the person to call about shifts, assistance and your child's place. She keeps her CPR and first aid training current.

Jamilla cares for our youngest children and keeps a note for each family at pickup: feeding, naps and what your baby tried today. She is the first face most early-shift parents see.

Sharla leads the Threes and the Fours: stories, counting games, paint and the walk out to the yard. In spring she plans the move to kindergarten with each family.
