How tuition works
Ludie gives you the figures in writing at the tour, for the room and shift you need.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room, the shift you choose and how many days a week you need care. Ludie gives you the figures in writing at the tour, and you can ask about them again whenever your schedule changes.

Registration
Registration opens your child's enrollment file and goes in with the application. It is paid once, and Ludie tells you what it covers at the tour.
A place is held once we have your application and registration. If you're waiting on child care assistance, call us the day you apply and we tell you how long we can hold a place for you. When a place opens, we offer it in the order families joined the list.
Billing
Tuition is billed weekly, so it lines up with a weekly paycheck. You pay at the front desk by check or card, or through the link we text you. We tell you in plain words what happens to a late payment, and we talk with you before it becomes a problem.
Ask us whether state child care assistance is open this month and what to bring when you apply. Ludie walks through the application with you and tells you how a place is held while the state decides.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice, in writing or in person, so we can offer the place to the next family on the list. A week that has already started is paid for.
